Installing and fitting the MV-S Wastegate is a breeze, thanks to its three bottom pressure ports, providing easy access. The top mount pressure port offers the flexibility of six different rotation options. Say goodbye to cumbersome bolts and gaskets! With V-band wastegate and manifold connections, you can now enjoy reliable and hassle-free sealing.

• All Tial wastegate tops feature a laser-etched Full-Race logo.
• Valve and 347SS valve housing are constructed using high-temperature NiCrFe-based alloy, ensuring extended product life compared to competing designs.
• The actuator diaphragm is reinforced with high-temperature silicone Nomex for added durability.
• A consistent pressure is maintained at high temperatures with the 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring, which resists relaxation up to 900°F (483°C).
• The valve seat and valve bushing are made of Nitronic 60 stainless steel, capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures without binding or distorting.
• All hardware components are crafted from stainless steel for exceptional durability.
• The mating weld flanges are constructed from 304L stainless steel.
• Choose from a range of color options for the anodized aluminum actuator: silver, red, blue, purple, or black.
• With lower ports and two top ports, installation is a breeze. No need to rotate the actuator top, and unused ports are equipped with plugs.
• The ultra-compact design fits effortlessly into tight spaces, making it perfect for twinscroll dual-wastegate applications where space is limited.
