WARRANTY INFO:  The warranty period is 1 year from the date of original purchase, and covers manufacturer defects. In order to have the expected longevity with any aftermarket injector, the customer must use the proper type of fuel and filtration in the fuel system. Failure to do so will decrease longevity, reliability, and fuel flow. Instances where the customer has failed to take the proper measures or ignored warnings about fuel types and maintenance will not be covered under warranty.

WARNING: If the vehicle will sit for an extended period of time (2 weeks in drier climates, less in humid climates) exercise one of the following options. These simple measures will protect the internals of ID2000 and ID2600 fuel injectors from potential corrosion induced problems such as seizure and or flow deviation.

1. Pickle the fuel system. Drain the alcohol based fuel from the tank and refill with gasoline. Start engine and allow fuel to circulate for at least 2 minutes.
2. Lubricate each injectors internals: Uninstall the injectors, liberally spray penetrating oil into the inlet / outlet of each injector. Connect one pin to the positive battery terminal of a 9v – 18v battery and tap the other pin to the ground terminal of the battery 5 times to open and close the valve and allow oil to coat everything else.
