This is one of the best values we’ve ever seen in the turbo industry. Designed as a fast spooling and versatile turbocharger, the S200SX compressor uses a 7-blade Extended-Tip design w/ 55.8mm inducer & 76mm exducer rated at 58 lb/min. 3″ inlet 2″ outlet compressor housing comes standard, 4″ ported shroud inlet 2″ outlet compressor housing optional. The S200SX turbine wheel is a 10 blade turbine with exceptional blade aero, shared with the EFR family. Borg Warner chose the 1.22 A/R Twinscroll T4 footprint to make it a bolt-on for any divided T4 turbo manifold. Ideal for use in quick spooling 380-500+ whp applications.
Full-Race recommends porting the turbine housing inlets to match T4 size openings. Comes standard with a 1.22 A/R Twin Scroll T4 turbine housing (recommended). 1.27, 1.15, 1.09, 1.00 and .83 A/R Twin Scroll T4 housings are also available. The 1.22 A/R is recommended for all twin scroll applications. Journal Bearing and Oil Cooled only (watercooling and BB CHRA not applicable).
Full-Race Recommends machining the Borg Warner/Airwerks turbocharger outlet and welding on a 3″ Vband flange in the Garrett 40R location. This allows the BW/Airwerks turbo to bolt up to ANY aftermarket Twinscroll T4 that would normally fit a T04Z, GT40R, T66, etc.
