Crafted from billet aluminum and featuring CNC-machined passages, these fuel hats redefine the standards for pump upgrades. Say goodbye to unreliable hose clamps and perishable lines, thanks to a design that prioritizes durability and efficiency. Each hat is expertly designed with chemical-resistant O-rings, ensuring a leak-free experience.

Proudly machined in the USA, these hats are built from 6061 billet aluminum and come with a corrosion-resistant black anodized finish, making them versatile enough for even E85 compatibility. They're designed to seamlessly replace standard fuel hats while preserving essential features.

These hats boast 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. Adapter fittings are available separately for convenience. They can accommodate configurations with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive fuel pumps, promising uncompromised quality. Please note they are designed explicitly for return-style installations and are compatible with various Gasoline and Ethanol blends but not methanol.

For those using their vehicles daily, a configuration combining a smaller pump with larger ones is advisable. Utilize the smaller pump for regular driving, and switch to the more potent pumps under boost. This setup can be optimized using Snow Performance's Boost activated pressure switch and Multi-Pump Relay Module.

Configurations include:

• 2 Pump Street setup (one 450lph & one 470lph) capable of supporting 1000+ rwhp on e85 and 1300+ on gas.
• 3 Pump Street setup (One 450lph & Two 470lph) catering to up to 2000 rwhp on gas, drawing 10-12% less current than the “Race” variant.
• 3 Pump Race setup (Three 470lph) tailored for maximum output, supporting up to 2100 rwhp on gas.
