The Garrett GBC20-300 is designed for .8L-2.0L engines. As the name suggests, this turbocharger is capable of supporting 300 BHP. The Club Line turbos are engineered for small engine displacements. This includes powersports, personal watercraft, and automobiles. These turbochargers feature internally wastegated turbine housings and journal bearing rotating groups. Forged, fully-machined compressor wheels are offered in inducer sizes of 34mm, 36mm, 39mm, and 44mm. They can support from 200 up to 350 horsepower and have a max turbo speed of 215,000 RPM. The oil cooled center housing features the latest generation of journal bearing rotor group. Club Line turbochargers are fully assembled with an internally wastegated turbine housing. Garrett’s technicians calibrate the actuator for optimum performance, eliminating any need for adjustment. Club Line turbochargers are calibrated with a 0.5 bar actuator. Actuators with higher pressure settings (1.0, 1.5 bar) are available for individual purchase.
The first two numbers indicate the turbo frame size. The larger the number the larger the turbine wheel. The numbers following the dash indicate the peak potential flywheel horsepower rating. For example the GBC14-200 is rated for 200 BHP.

GARRETT BOOST | CLUB LINE FEATURES:
Forged, fully-machined compressor wheels with advanced aero are offered in 39mm inducer size and 52mm exducer. GBC20-300 can support from 170-300 horsepower. The compressor wheel is a 57 trim and the Compressor housing A/R is 0.59 A/R. This turbocharger can support up to 29 lbs/min of airflow and up to 3.7 pressure ratio.
Performance results of this product are highly dependent upon your vehicle’s modifications and tuning/calibration. The target power represented has been calculated based strictly on choke flow of the compressor map (total turbo capability), which represents the potential flywheel power.

GARRETT BOOST LINE COMPRESSOR WHEEL:
The GBC20-300 turbine housing inlet flange is standard T25 spec, and the outlet features a 5 bolt pattern. The 5 bolt outlet pattern is the same flange as the GT25 / GT28 turbos.

Available in black or silver, these 2000+ degree ceramic coatings look great and provide an extra layer of protection against corrosion. By coating the exterior surfaces of your turbo hot side or manifold you retain the heat and energy in the exhaust, not in your engine bay. Improving under-hood temps and increasing efficiency with improved turbo spool are great reasons to add these coatings. Please note that ceramic coating is completed in-house and will add an additional lead time of 1-2 weeks to your order.
