The Garrett GBC14-200 is designed for .4L-1.0L engines. As the name suggests, this turbocharger is capable of supporting 200 BHP. The Club Line turbos are engineered for small engine displacements. This includes powersports, personal watercraft, and automobiles. These turbochargers feature internally wastegated turbine housings and journal bearing rotating groups. GARRETT BOOST CLUB LINE: THE REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT
G Series turbochargers feature the latest innovations in turbocharger technology. Advanced compressor and turbine aero offer enthusiasts a wide range of performance boosting solutions for 2.0L - 12.0L engine platforms. Available in a variety of turbine housing options, it’s easy to select the right turbocharger for your application. To make choosing the right turbo easier, the G Series naming convention includes the maximum rated horsepower. For example a Garrett G37-900 is rated at 900 BHP.

GARRETT BOOST LINE COMPRESSOR WHEEL:
Forged, fully-machined compressor wheels with advanced aero are offered in 34mm inducer size and 46mm exducer. GBC14-200 can support from 140-200 horsepower. The compressor wheel is a 55 trim and the Compressor housing A/R is 0.52 A/R. This turbocharger can support up to 22 lbs/min of airflow and up to 2.8 pressure ratio.
Performance results of this product are highly dependent upon your vehicle’s modifications and tuning/calibration. The target power represented has been calculated based strictly on choke flow of the compressor map (total turbo capability), which represents the potential flywheel power.
Club Line turbochargers are fully assembled with an internally wastegated turbine housing. Garrett’s technicians calibrate the actuator for optimum performance, eliminating any need for adjustment. Club Line turbochargers are calibrated with a 0.5 bar actuator. Actuators with higher pressure settings (1.0, 1.5 bar) are available for individual purchase.

The GBC14-200 turbine housing inlet can be machined to V-band with OD of 2.24” (57mm) for use with 1.75” tubing.

Available in black or silver, these 2000+ degree ceramic coatings look great and provide an extra layer of protection against corrosion. By coating the exterior surfaces of your turbo hot side or manifold you retain the heat and energy in the exhaust, not in your engine bay. Improving under-hood temps and increasing efficiency with improved turbo spool are great reasons to add these coatings. Please note that ceramic coating is completed in-house and will add an additional lead time of 1-2 weeks to your order.
