This Genuine Mitsubishi TD03 turbocharger (Honda OEM is a Mitsubishi TD025) was developed as a direct drop-in, bolt-on turbo upgrade for 2016+ Civic, 2017+ Civic Si and 2017+ CRV. It uses a billet compressor wheel for quicker spool, and a 3mm larger turbine wheel with 2 less blades for a 30% increase in flow capacity.
The MHI TD03 turbo is supported by Hondata FlashPro for the easiest drop in, bolt on power gains possible, and because it’s made by Mitsubishi Turbocharger, you retain 100% stock reliability and durability. No modifications necessary for installation. The dyno graph below is a 100% stock Civic Si running on pump gas. The only modification being this turbo, everything else is O.E.M. What you can expect is a turbo that spools like stock, but with a 44 WHP gain over stock (91 octane) and more with ethanol / supporting modifications.

In addition, all Mitsubishi Performance Turbos are equipped with double hydrodynamic bearings. The exhaust wheels made of Inconel, in perfect symbiosis with compressor wheels from the latest development, convince with an amazingly early response and torque development even at low rev ranges and with low boost pressure. This means better drivability in the lower and medium speed ranges, thanks to the best power delivery in the feared turbo lag.

NOTE: When upgrading to this turbo, please consider switching your engine oil to 10w40 weight oil.
The factory 0w20 weight oil is too thin and may lubrication issues.
