The Precision Turbonetic High-Performance Drop-In Turbo Upgrade is purpose built to bolt on like stock to the RWD 2.3L EcoBoost Mustang - with the power capability you’d expect from a race-spec high performance turbo kit.
Designed for an ideal blend of response and top-end power in a stock-frame fitment, the billet compressor wheel utilizes their latest generation blade aero with 11 full blades (no splitter) for a max flow rate of 65lb/min. The Compressor Housing retains OEM connections with a 3″ hose coupler inlet, 2″ hose coupler outlet - this is literally a drop-in replacement with big power gains. Experienced tuners with the right tools can do the installation in 2-3 hours. With tuning and supporting mods, 400-500+ HP is on tap, without stressing the powertrain.

Responsive and torquey, the OEM twin-scroll turbocharger provides a good amount of low-end torque. But who likes stock? If you're looking for a true bolt-on upgrade for your Mustang, look no further!
The OEM Ecoboost turbo features some unique characteristics which make upgrades a bit more challenging than some other turbocharged vehicles. The stock twin-scroll turbo features a reverse-rotation design. This design limits upgade options and eliminates the majority of potential upgraded turbos. So, what do you do? Enter the Precision | Turbonetics NX2 Bolt On Turbo Upgrade.
This turbo upgrade is uniquely designed to bolt directly to the OEM manifold and sit in the stock location, but to significantly increase power. The billet compressor wheel provides the perfect balance of peak power and response, without giving up spool. Featuring the latest generation 11 blade aero design, this turbo is rated at 52 lb/min and 500+ HP.

SIGNIFICANTLY MORE FLOW THAN OEM
When looking at the compressor flow map, you can see the (Blue Lines) Precision NX2 Ecoboost upgrade turbo flows significantly more than (Red Line) stock. The efficiency island is much larger, meaning that the power is much more usable than stock. The Precision NX2 compressor and turbine wheels are larger, lighter, and more efficient than the OE turbocharger. The compressor wheel utilizes the latest aero blade technology to ensure that all 11 blades generate the maximum flow possible. The divided twin scroll housing ensures early spool, but doesn't restrict top end power. The dual ceramic ball bearing design of the center section improves throttle response and increases durability.
TURBOSMART WASTEGATE ACTUATOR
The Turbosmart Ford Mustang Turbonetics NXT Internal Wastegate Actuator (IWG) has been developed as an additional bolt-on upgrade to the Turbonetics NXT turbocharger kit for 2015+ Ford Mustang vehicles allowing for even greater levels of performance, this provides better turbo response and greater sensitivity when managing boost pressures. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the Turbonetics kit, the Turbosmart IWG is easy to install and requires no special tools or fabrication.
