How do I make a return? Please contact Customer Service at 602-437-2101 to ensure the order is returnable, and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Can I setup an online account? Customers can set up an online account here:

I’m a Corporation, How do I remove the tax from my order? You’ll need to create an online account and email a copy of the tax exemption or resale certificate to [email protected]. Once we have received it, we’ll make your account tax exempt for all future orders and let you know.  Please note, this can only be done Monday – Friday 9-5 PST.

Who am I talking to when I call in? Our Customer Service team are in-house Full-Race product experts located at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. We are a small team and will work to help find you the right solutions.


Order Status

Where’s my order? You can track your order by filling out this Order Information form  and the tracking information and status of your order will be emailed to you.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest? Sometimes we ship orders in stages to ensure you receive products as quickly as possible. If for any reason we’re unable to meet the stated delivery date we’ll contact you when we receive the order.


Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive? You can track your order by filling out this Order Information form and the tracking information and status of your order will be emailed to you.

What is the shipping cost? If the item being purchased has an unclear shipping cost, particularly for international customers, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] for a shipping quote.

Why is shipping so expensive for low-value orders? Shipping costs depend on the weight, size and location of the package delivery for our shipping vendors. International orders commonly cost a bit more as well. Please call us if you have any specific concerns or questions we may be able to answer for you.

Can you ship to a PO Box? Unfortunately we cannot. Currently, we only ship via FedEx, which does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide us with a physical address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO? We love to work with all our military customers. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to APO/FPOs through the website but we can quickly and easily process it manually.  Please contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 602-437-2101 and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone.
