Get All the Power You'll Need With The G-Series G57-2550 98mm Turbocharger

Capable of flowing up to 215 LBS/MIN Airflow, the 94mm Garrett G57-2550 is a monster turbo. In fact, this G-Series turbo is the first sub-100mm turbo we've seen move more than 205lb/min. This turbo is designed specifically for big displacement, high boost, and massive performance when extreme horsepower levels are needed like Radial vs The World and X275. Sitting in the middle of the G57 lineup between the G57-2000 and G57-2350 and the G57-2750 and G57-3000, this turbo offers a fantastic blend of power and responsiveness. 

It offers a new high-flowing Inconel turbine wheel and lightweight one-piece aluminum CHRA are the two major features that differentiate the G57 from its GTX predecessor. If you're after big power for a specific type of driving, then this could be what gets you into that first-place spot.

Garrett G57-2550 turbo

Turbine Stage

The newly engineered turbine wheel with optimized G-Series aerodynamics increases flow by up to 28% (Compared to GTX Gen II, see graph below). The large 90 trim turbine stage measures 118mm at the inducer and 112mm at the exducer. G57 is offered with three stainless steel V-band turbine housings in 1.09 A/R, 1.25 A/R, and 1.41 A/R. Center Housing: One-piece aluminum center housing reduces supercore weight.

The center housing is air-cooled, features a 16mm dual ceramic ball bearing for premium rotor dynamics, and retains the oil inlet and outlet specifications from previous GTX designs. Compressor Stage: Garrett G57 compressor stages are offered in 88mm, 94mm, 98mm, 102mm, and 106mm inducer sizes each with its own horsepower ratings indicated in the model name.
