THE GARRETT G30-900 IS AN IMPRESSIVE POWER PRODUCER
Garrett’s G30-900 is the most impressive turbo in the G30 lineup. It is the sweet spot in terms of power and how fast that power comes on and is the most relevant, true 600-650hp turbo out there right now. Before you jump straight to the G35-900 because it's bigger, you have to check this one out. The G30-900 is Garrett's clean-slate ball-bearing racing turbo with state-of-the-art G series aerodynamics. This turbo is compact yet outflows all comparable products on the market, and it is available in twin scroll 1.06 a/r!
Carrying nothing over from the old gen GT turbos and the GTX turbos, the Garrett G-series 71mm exducer billet compressor wheel redefines what we thought was possible for a given airflow range, flowing +10 lbs/min (+22% gain) compared to the outgoing GTX3071R Gen II turbo it supersedes. G30-900 Max turbo speed is 150krpm and the max temp is 1050C/1922F.
G30-900 Compressor housings use a traditional 3″ inlet and 2″ hose outlet with a fully machined Speed Sensor Port. The Improved ported shroud inlet design offers maximum surge resistance with huge flow rates in a compact outline. Available in standard rotation and reverse rotation options for enthusiasts that want the perfect twin turbo installation or a single reverse rotation turbo for applications with installation restrictions. Sold as a complete assembly with supercore and turbine housing.
G Series turbochargers feature the latest innovations in turbocharger technology. Advanced compressor and turbine aero offer enthusiasts a wide range of performance boosting solutions for 2.0L - 12.0L engine platforms. Available in a variety of turbine housing options, it’s easy to select the right turbocharger for your application. To make choosing the right turbo easier, the G Series naming convention includes the maximum rated horsepower. For example a Garrett G37-900 is rated at 900 BHP.

GARRETT G SERIES FEATURES:
Featuring the latest advanced ultra high flow aerodynamic designs with the Garrett G Series Turbine Wheel, the G Series models offer previously unobtainable improvements in spool and power levels by frame sizeThe G-Series Turbine wheel is constructed of Mar-M super alloy material. This material is designed to withstand up to 1050° C - that’s 200 degrees more than inconel turbine wheels! The newly engineered turbine wheel with optimized G Series aerodynamics increases flow up to 15% (Compared to GTX Gen II) more than the GTX and has a peak efficency of 74%.
All G-Series utilize a V-Band turbine housing to CHRA connevtion. This improves the ease of installation, clocking, and servicing the turbocharger. Each turbocharger includes a -4AN oil restrictor fitting with a 1MM restriction orifice to provide the turbo with the reccomended 40PSI of oil pressure. Four large water jacket ports increase cooling capacity and allow enthusiasts to customize water line routing to help improve the installation process. The turbocharger comes with two -6AN fittings and two plugs.

Looking for a way to protect your turbo or exhaust manifold and improve its efficiency at the same time? Our in-house ceramic exhaust coating does both! Available in black or silver, these 2000+ degree ceramic coatings look great and provide an extra layer of protection against corrosion. By coating the exterior surfaces of your turbo hot side or manifold you retain the heat and energy in the exhaust, not in your engine bay. Improving under-hood temps and increasing efficiency with improved turbo spool are great reasons to add these coatings. Please note that ceramic coating is completed in-house and will add an additional lead time of 1-2 weeks to your order.
