Garrett's PowerMax 3.5L EcoBoost bolt-on turbo upgrade is engineered for 2017-2020 3.5L Ford F150 and 2017-2020 Raptor enthusiasts seeking impressive power gains while maintaining OEM reliability and direct fitment. The Garrett PowerMax Turbos are purpose-built, stock-appearing, and stock-location upgrade turbos designed for long-term OE durability and simple installation. Garrett's PowerMAX turbo units come fully assembled for easy installation and are accompanied by fully calibrated wastegate actuators for zero-risk installation in your 2017-2020 F150 Ecoboost or Raptor 

Featuring 54% more flow than the OEM 2017+ F-150 and F-150 Raptor's 3.5L EcoBoost stock ​turbochargers, anywhere from 400 to 700+ whp is easily achievable with these bolt-on G22 snails and supporting modifications.

Compatible with stock or custom tuning, these turbos can be utilized with all stock components in an OE replacement setup. For maximum results, a custom tune and supporting modifications are recommended. Wastegate actuators are pre-calibrated for easy installation. We do recommend custom tuning.

FULL-RACE FORMLINE STAINLESS EXHAUST MANIFOLDS

The Full-Race Formline Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds for the Gen 2 (2017-2020) Ford Ecoboost 3.5L engines are a direct replacement for the OEM cast iron exhaust manifolds. Due to some inherent flaws, the oem cast iron manifolds are known to warp or crack, resulting in costly repairs. Besides that, the oem cast iron manifolds don't flow very well and present fitment challenges when used with larger turbos. The full-race formline cast stainless manifolds solve these issues. Cast from 347 stainless steel, the formline manifolds resist warping and cracking . These manifolds are a 100% bolt-on replacement - including new gasket's.

FULL-RACE'S INCONEL EXHAUST MANIFOLD STUDS

Over time the OEM manifolds and hardware suffer from corrosion. In addition to this, the high heat these manifolds are exposed to from the exhaust gasses cause the OEM hardware to weaken and loosen, leading to costly repairs. With the introduction of our Formline Cast Stainless Manifolds, we solved many of these issues, but we wanted to solve them all. As an added bonus all new Formline Manifolds and turbo kits will include these studs.

MAXIMIZE FLOW WITH FULL-RACE BILLET TURBO ADAPTERS

If your upgrade plans include Garrett PowerMax OEM+ Upgraded Turbochargers you'll want to add these Full-Race Billet Adapters. The stock adapters are way too small. Don't bottleneck your increased flow with inferior OEM components. We've developed these adapters to be the largest diameter and highest flowing turbo adapter for Ecoboost engines. Our adapters even outflow competitor's aftermarket products by over 20%!

 The Garrett PowerMax 2017 - 2021 Ford F-150, F-150 Raptor | Stage 2 Turbos have received California Air Resources Board (CARB) certification. This certification (EO D-871) means the product has been tested in accordance with manufacturer/OEM specifications and meets the emissions standards set by the state of California and is approved for use in all 50 states when used as a drop-in replacement for factory equipment.

APPLICATIONS

INSTALLATION NOTES

For easier removal of old turbos, spray penetrating oil on the turbo hardware, and let it soak overnight before you pull the turbos. Full-Race recommends applying high-temp anti-seize to all threaded surfaces upon installation. After installation, crank the engine with the throttle held down 100%. This will build oil pressure in the turbos, without starting your engine.
