Compatible with stock or custom tuning, these turbos can be utilized with all stock components in an OE replacement setup. For maximum results, a custom tune and supporting modifications are recommended. Wastegate actuators are pre-calibrated for easy installation. We recommend custom tuning. 

Heat is the enemy of horsepower. The OEM charge air cooler on the 2011-2014 F-150s is woefully inadequate, even at stock boost levels. One quick pull can result in charge air temps well above the recommended levels. When your truck’s computer sees this it starts reducing power to save the engine. The Full-Race Formline Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds for the Gen 1 (2011-2016) Ford Ecoboost 3.5L engines are a direct replacement for the OEM cast iron exhaust manifolds. Due to some inherent flaws, the oem cast iron manifolds are known to warp or crack, resulting in costly repairs. Besides that, the oem cast iron manifolds don't flow very well and present fitment challenges when used with larger turbos. The full-race formline cast stainless manifolds solve these issues. Cast from 347 stainless steel, the formline manifolds resist warping and cracking . These manifolds are a 100% bolt-on replacement - including new OEM gaskets, studs and nuts.

Modern engines demand more power while using less fuel, shortening the life of traditional iridium and platinum spark plugs. NGK’s patented ruthenium technology stands up better to wear to bring maximum durability and performance to your engine.

Ruthenium HX provides more complete fuel burn than other precious metal spark plugs, resulting in quicker throttle response, smoother idle and better cold starts.

These spark plugs are manufactured in an ISO 11565-certified facility following the latest manufacturing processes and regulations. Before coming to market, all NGK spark plugs must pass extensive testing and quality checks, including acceleration, combustions, mechanical vibration and thermal shock tests.

The DW400 is the highest flowing in-tank fuel pump on the market. Quiet operation and pulse width modulation compatibility are delivered via the turbine impeller and computer balanced armature. E85 compatibility is built in via the carbon commutators and a fully encapsulated armature. All DW fuel pumps are backed by a 3-yr no fault warranty.

This pump comes with a complete installation kit to make installation easy. The included hoses, clamps, and filter are designed to work in conjunction with the OEM fuel pump basket in your F150. (Modification to the OEM basket may be required for installation on some applications.) The included plug and play wiring harness ensures a safe and secure connection.

Each DW400 In-Tank Fuel Pump is rated for 415LPH at 40 psi of fuel pressure. (See chart) Rated for 120 PSI of total fuel pressure, these pumps feature an internal check valve and are ethanol compatible.
